4.6L EFI Triton® V8 |

E-Series is the only cargo van in its class* equipped with a standard V8: the 4.6L EFI Triton® V8. Standard in the E-150 and E-250 Super Duty® Cargo Vans, it features a silent-design cam drive for smooth, quiet operation, plus a fail-safe cooling system and a 97,500-mile scheduled tune-up interval.** It produces 225 hp and 286 lb.-ft. of torque. In addition, the 4.6L V8 is a flex fuel engine, meaning it's capable of running on E85, gasoline, or a combination of the two.

The 5.4L EFI Triton® V8 engine's proven SOHC architecture produces 255 hp and 350 lb.-ft. of torque across a wide power band and features a silent-design cam drive for smooth, quiet operation, plus a fail-safe cooling system and a 97,500-mile scheduled tune-up interval.* And the 5.4L V8 is a flex fuel engine, meaning it's capable of running on E85, unleaded gasoline or a combination of the two.

6.8L EFI Triton® V10 with TorqShift® |

E-350 Super Duty® Cargo Van models offer an optional 6.8L EFI Triton® V10 with the TorqShift® 5-speed automatic transmission. The long-lasting, durable and proven TorqShift is designed to handle the performance of engines such as the 6.8L V10, with its best-in-class gas torque.* Ideal for towing big trailers, TorqShift includes a selectable Tow/Haul Mode that automatically compensates for altitude, grade and load conditions.

Flex Fuel Capability |

The 4.6L EFI Triton® V8 (standard in E-150 and E-250 models) and 5.4L EFI Triton® V8 (standard in E-350 models) are flex fuel-capable. You can run on unleaded gasoline, E85 (up to 85% ethanol and 15% gasoline), or any mix of the two. The 5.4L and 6.8L Triton® EFI engines are also available with a CNG/LPG Gaseous Engine Prep Package that makes them capable of conversion to CNG/LPG fuel systems.*

E-Series Vans are equipped with a 4-speed automatic overdrive transmission. It’s electronically controlled for smooth operation and has an overdrive fourth gear for efficiency. |
